No! We will teach you/them all the basics and fundamentals.

No one is allowed to spar without first learning the fundamentals. When/if your child attains the necessary experience to spar, parental consent is still required.

1.) In our gym you will feel welcome and at home. This is a private gym that is family owned and operated. 2.) We have a strict dress code and attitude check at the door. 3.) Excellent social atmosphere and supportive community. Our members are like family.

Our classes have beginner through expert skill levels all training in the same class. All members work at their own pace.

No. You can come in any time and begin training right away.

Boxing and kickboxing classes require a pair of gloves and hand wraps which can be purchased in store or brought from home. Gloves can be borrowed for trial classes. It is also highly recommended that you bring: -A large bottle of water or sports drink -A small towel (You will be sweating!)

There is zero intimidation factor here at Crosscut. We are a very friendly and welcoming group. The member community here is incredibly fun and supportive.

Our members come in at all varieties of fitness levels. We'll provide you with a workout that's best for your fitness level and desire to compete.
